His journey in the relocation management industry is marked by a commitment to service excellence, people-centric solutions, and an ability to create enjoyable and responsive interactions.
His passion for growth and connecting with others is evident through his active involvement in various organizations, including MERC, MN Chamber of Commerce, and TCHRA. Completing the 2nd class of Leaders Lab through the Minnesota Chamber demonstrated his dedication to both personal and professional development. This passion also places paramount importance on promoting professional development and training that empowers the Relocation Today team to continuously deliver exceptional service to clients and transferees.
Richard graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine from St. Cloud State University. His early career started working with a successful entrepreneur, where he developed a passion for business. He has attained a Minnesota real estate license, holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) through the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), and is the current President of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC).
With a true commitment to life and work balance, Richard finds joy in his roles as a husband, father, and owner of two rescue dogs. As an avid angler, he enjoys casting a fishing line in search of the elusive Minnesota Muskie.

Meghan leads with an enthusiastic approach to life and an unwavering commitment to people, service excellence, and the relentless pursuit of organizational success. She has lived, worked, and studied abroad giving her first-hand account of the intricacies of an international move, while also relocating her family across the US Midwest. She lived in Chicago before joining the Relocation Today team where she co-owned a real estate brokerage and focused on residential real estate and investment properties. In her role as Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Meghan seamlessly integrates her extensive relocation expertise with her experience in management and accounting. This fusion of skills enables her to champion a customer-centric and results-driven approach that resonates across our clients, transferees, and team.
Meghan attended St. Norbert College and the University of Limerick, Ireland to gain her BA in English and Literature. She is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), The European Relocation Association (EuRA), and the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC). In her free time, she enjoys the hobbies of her four children and spending time with family.

Jill Rush, CRP, Realtor, is the Vice President – Client & Partner Solutions for Relocation Today, Inc. Jill has over 30 years of experience in the relocation service arena with the past 17 years at Relocation Today in Minneapolis. From business development and customized program design through implementation and continuing account management, the clients we serve are Jill’s utmost priority. With a focus on leveraging mobility as an integral part of corporate talent strategy, she becomes a true extension and partner of our clients.
Her success is measured by countless long-term client relationships with progressive and responsive global mobility programs. Equally important, Jill continues to build & retain strategic partnerships with our supply chain, built on a foundation of mutual respect. Jill recognizes our partners are critical to the success of our programs as we are one in the same from a transferee and client perspective. Jill's past experiences "in the trenches" as a counselor, consultant, Realtor, and a 'trailing spouse' give her first-hand insight into all aspects of the corporate transfer experience.
Ms. Rush is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC), Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Liz Cotie CRP, Director of Operations

Liz has been on the Relocation Today team for over 16 years. She brings a solid background in leadership with Marketing, Accounting and Client Services. She has experience as a Relocation Today Account Manager and in her current role is responsible to manage the entire team of U.S. Domestic Account Managers, Team Coordinators and our Office Manager.
Liz delivers extreme customer care and leads with the same expectation thus driving our quality and client retention. Liz has obtained her CRP designation and is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC®). She has served on the local MERC annual conference committee for 6 years. Liz received her Associate Science Degree from North Hennepin Community College.
Sara Lindstrom CRP, Director of Expense Management

Sara Lindstrom joined Relocation Today in 2006 as an Expense Analyst. She was involved in the daily responsibilities of reimbursing transferees and managing the client monthly invoices. She has assisted with the logistics of a group move, summer intern-housing program, and developing Relocation Today's current relocation system.
Now, in her current role as Director of Expense Management, she has a passion for helping clients understand how relocation expenses affect the company and its relocating employees in different ways. As a numbers nerd, she enjoys gross up calculations and works directly with transferees to help them understand their relocation expenses.
She has earned the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).
Sara went to college at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and has a BS in Accounting from Rasmussen College. She loves the cold weather and is truly suited to live in Minnesota. She has a crafty side and spends her free time quilting and knitting.
Kathy Denning CRP, Broker of Record

Kathy’s fascination with Global Mobility and Real Estate began when her family moved internationally, giving her an intimate understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with relocation. Originally from Alberta, Kathy’s thirst for exploration and diverse perspectives has led her across multiple countries and states. Her professional background includes leadership roles at companies from the largest residential real estate firm in the US to a small start-up in San Francisco.
At the heart of Kathy’s approach lies a passion for innovation, constantly seeking different methods and programs to propel growth. She also loves the operational side of growth, which includes adapting structures, processes, technology and human resources to meet those growth needs. Her greatest thrill is helping people and organizations grow.
Kathy finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, most especially hanging out with her husband in a kayak, camping and art.

Mary Lou co-founded Relocation Today, Inc. in 1994, as a high-level service provider capable of providing destination services. Once established, Relocation Today expanded its offering and became a highly-personalized, full-service global relocation management company.
Having more than 38 years of industry experience, Mary Lou has been instrumental in the company’s ability to deliver an expanded service palette. She is the glue that holds Relocation Today together and is currently responsible for supporting business development while leading the company strategy and operations. Mary Lou is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC®) earning her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist T-Talent (GMS-T™) designations. She has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC) is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Minnesota and a chapter member of the global Women’s President Organization (WPO).
Holly Lovseth CRP, Co-Founder

A co-founder of Relocation Today, Inc., Holly has earned a reputation among her peers and clients for exceeding the expectations of all her clients with professionalism, integrity, and diligence. Our clients benefit from her 30 years of experience as a REALTOR® in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. She ranks consistently in the top 5 percent of all REALTORS® nationally.
Holly has extensive relocation management, marketing, and training experience. She has written relocation policies for corporations, designed relocation programs and employee training for Relocation Today, and provided training for the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors' continuing education program.
She is a graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI) and holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC®).
